Yin Yoga (59 minutes)

Tracy begins the class in the seated position with some upper body and hip stretches. She moves into the reclined position for some back stretches and more hip stretches. That is followed by some stretches in the prone position and we wrap things up with some pranayama and twists. This class first aired on Facebook Live on April 17th.

Tracy leads us through some hip work. From the inner thighs to the hamstrings and moving into a deep lunge. She throws in a challenging mermaid variation. She progresses into some juicy, long-held stretches. This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 15th.
