Chris leads a progression to the lotus pose. Like all of the Progressions to Expressions classes, this class begins with drills and expressions that are accessible to everyone and gradually builds to the full expression which may not be achievable to all practitioners. Even if you are unable to express the final pose, this class will give you the tools that may make it attainable over time. This class first aired on Facebook Live on June 11th.

Chris also spends a bit of time looking at the philosophical aspect of the lotus flower and why it is a common icon in some of the eastern traditions.
