Beginning on our backs, Tracy leads some hip stretches and twists. She moves into the seated position and incorporates some shoulder and spinal stretches with the hip and hamstrings release. This class first aired on Facebook Live on May 27th.

Tracy leads us through a lovely sequence that remains near to the ground. After a brief centering pose, it begins with some seated forward folds and moves into a few reclined twists and side stretches. She takes us onto our knees, and then finishes on our backs. Yin Yoga (57 minutes)

Tracy begins this class in a seated position with some neck and spine mobility movements. She continues with the spinal mobility in seated forward folds and progresses into some inner thigh and outer hip work. This class first aired on Facebook Live on June 3rd.
