Progressions to Expressions Progressions to Expressions - Lotus Pose (73 minutes)Chris Loebsack

Chris leads a progression to the lotus pose. Like all of the Progressions to Expressions classes, this class begins with drills and expressions that are accessible to everyone and gradually builds to the full expression which may not be achievable to all practitioners. Chris also spends a bit of time looking at the philosophical aspect of the lotus flower and why it is a common icon in some of the eastern traditions.
